Many perceived dog behaviour problems are simply normal canine behaviours at an inappropriate time or place, but some are more serious and stem from traumatic experiences, illness, injury or other physiological causes. Unwanted behaviours can become a serious problem for owners, affecting day to day life and our relationship with our dogs. With a thorough understanding of dog behaviour, I can help you to identify triggers and to address behavioural responses, helping you to help your dog.
I offer complete Behaviour Assessment and rehabilitation services. I will come to your home, meet you and your dog and help you to plan training to manage unwanted behaviours. I will provide written plans to keep you consistent and check-in by phone to make sure you are coping and happy with the progress being made. Long-term support or one-off visits are available, giving you peace of mind that you are not coping alone. Don't struggle alone - get in touch and get help now.
I often travel further afield to visit clients who are struggling with behaviour problems. Depending on distance, a +2 hour visit, ongoing telephone and email support and provision of an extended Training Plan covering up to 3 weeks, can be provided for small additional fee, depending on distance travelled.
